Letter from the Grand Prize Winners:
Thank you so much for contacting me. Mike and I make the extravaganza every year. This is our little vacation. You see, 5 years ago I needed a kidney transplant and Mike, my husband was my donor. Unfortunately, we didn't make the show that year but we have the last few years since and plenty prior to our surgery.
We also have custody of our grandson who is blind and autistic so this vacation is a big treat for us. We usually spend the night in town but this year, Noah, our grandson was playing his final baseball game of the season so we came back Friday late afternoon so we can go watch him play.
We really appreciate all the hard work that goes into making this show so wonderful. We will be checking the website starting in March to see when the 2018 show is. We will definitely be there.
